About these terms

These terms apply to the use of ywbmob.com and purchases from YWB. Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order. For questions, contact support@ywbmob.cn.

Product selection and compatibility

Review the product description, device model, version, specification and stated condition or grade before buying. Products identified as aftermarket or refurbished should be understood according to that description. Compatibility references to device manufacturers do not by themselves mean that a part is made or endorsed by that manufacturer. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure which part you need.

Order information and payment

Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the items, currency and total shown at checkout. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout; import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are excluded as explained in our Shipping Policy.

If an availability, price or order-information issue prevents fulfillment as ordered, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed charge without your agreement. Any payment for items that we cannot supply will be refunded as required.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. YWB generally does not accept non-quality returns, but mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights under applicable law are not affected.

Testing and installation

Replacement screens must be inspected and tested before installation. A temporary connection to test display and touch functions is different from bonding, fixing or completing installation. Stop testing and contact us if the part shows a fault. Installation requires appropriate skills, tools and handling.

YWB's one-year commercial warranty applies to uninstalled screens only, measured from delivery. Once installed, screens are excluded from our voluntary warranty, returns, exchanges and commercial after-sales coverage. This does not remove statutory rights or remedies. Delivery and after-sales requests

Orders ship from China, with transportation typically taking 15–20 days after dispatch. Order preparation time is separate, and arrival estimates can be affected by customs or carrier delays. Please contact us before ordering if you need a confirmed dispatch date.

YWB covers approved return and replacement shipping for faults found before installation and for confirmed incorrect items sent by YWB. Transportation damage is excluded from our voluntary commercial warranty and voluntary return-shipping coverage, subject to any seller responsibility required by applicable law.

Before returning any item, email support@ywbmob.cn. The return address and instructions are provided after approval.

Use of the website and privacy

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's payment information or interfere with the site's operation. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Third-party payment and delivery services may have their own terms for their services.

Applicable rights and policy updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, they take precedence over conflicting terms. We may update these terms for future orders; changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
